Key Verse:

“He giveth power to the faint;

and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”

— Isaiah 40:29

Rooted Truth:

Struggle doesn’t mean God has left you—it means He’s teaching you to depend on Him.

Faith Story:

The Apostle Paul knew what it meant to be weary. He faced shipwrecks, beatings, imprisonment, and betrayal. Yet he wrote from his weakness,

“Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities,

that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9

When we reach the end of our strength, that’s where God’s begins. The struggle isn’t the evidence of His absence—it’s the classroom of His power.

Every trial that drains you is also shaping you. Every tear is watering the roots of endurance. Every weakness becomes a doorway for grace.

God doesn’t just get us through the struggle—He strengthens us in it.

Scripture for Deeper Roots:

Psalm 73:26 – “My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart…”

2 Corinthians 4:16 – “…though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”

Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Daily Practice:

Take five minutes today to sit quietly before God and breathe this simple prayer:

“Lord, You are my strength.”

Let that truth settle deep in your heart. Write down one area where you feel weak, and surrender it to His strengthening hand.

Daily Prayer:

Lord, when I feel faint, lift me up. When I have no might, be my power. Teach me that strength is not found in striving, but in surrendering to You. Let my struggle become the soil where faith grows stronger. Amen.

Deep Reflection:

• What situation right now is testing your strength the most?

• How has God met you in times of exhaustion or weakness before?

• What would it look like to rely on His strength moment by moment instead of your own?
